1) How do I apply?

2) Is it better to fax, email, or drop off my resume?
We prefer all resumes to be e-mailed as a Microsoft Word attachment, however, you may fax it to 231-7887 or personally bring at least one clean copy to our office. If you drop off a resume it still must be processed before an interview takes place.
3) How do I know if my resume was received?
All individuals that submit a resume are able to confirm receipt by phone. We ask that you allow at least four hours from submittal time before contacting us.
4) How long does it usually take to process my resume?
This is contingent upon the number of resumes received at one time. Average resume process time is 1-2 days.
5) How long will the interview take?
We ask that you allow a minimum of 1-2 hours for the interview process, depending on which of our services you are seeking. If you complete the application process and a portion of the testing via email, the interview time can be shortened to accommodate your schedule.
6) What is the application process?
We interview by resume and appointment only. You must first submit a resume, after which we will contact you to set up an interview. Two forms of ID and at least one copy of your resume will be required upon arrival. Once you complete our basic application, you will meet with your assigned recruiter. Your recruiter will try to match your qualifications with our current open positions or opportunities expected to be available in the near future. Our positions change daily!
7) Is there a fee?
Our services are free to all applicants and candidates.
8) Can I refer someone?
Referrals of qualified, experienced, professional individuals are always encouraged! You must let the recruiter know that you were referred and by whom.
9) Do you require testing?
Many positions do require computer assessments to determine what your skill levels are. Some testing can be e-mailed and completed at home or taken in our office.
10) What if I didn’t get high scores on the testing?
Tutorials are available for many of the programs, and re-testing is also an option.
11) I already met with a recruiter. Do I call to check in?
Applicants and candidates are encouraged to keep us updated on their availability.
12) Are you a temp agency?
We are a professional staffing services and executive recruiting firm. We recruit applicants for contract, contract to hire, short and long term temporary assignments, and direct hire positions. We also do executive search.
13) How long do you keep my application on file?
Two years.
14) What are your hours of operation?
7:30am to 6:00pm Monday-Friday.
15) What about benefits?
Benefits are available through Frazee Recruiting Consultants for Frazee Recruiting Consultants, Inc. employees on assignment. You will receive benefits information with your first paycheck.
16) Can you train me for the job?
Since we are a recruiting firm, clients request our services when they are in need of trained, experienced individuals. Relative job experience and knowledge are very important when considering our applicants and candidates.

19) When do we get paid?
Frazee Recruiting Consultant employees on assignment are paid every Wednesday, as long as the timesheet is received by 12:00 noon the previous Monday.
20) What time are checks ready?
Paychecks are ready every Wednesday at 12:00 noon, contingent upon receipt of your timesheet before 12 noon on Monday.
21) How do I get my check?
Direct deposit is an easy and preferred method that automatically deposits your paycheck into an existing checking or savings account and forwards the check stub to your mailing address. You can also choose to pick up your paycheck or have it mailed.
22) How do I set up direct deposit and how long does it take?
Complete and return a direct deposit form in our office or fax it to 231-7887. You must attach a voided check (checking account) or a deposit slip (savings account) before the direct deposit will be processed. Average processing time is one week.
23) How do I get my timesheet in and when is the deadline?
You can fax us your timesheet or bring it by our office. Should you decide to fax it, you MUST call to verify we received it. Even if your supervisor is supposed to fax it for you, it is YOUR responsibility to verify receipt.
24) What if my timesheet is turned in late?

25) If I fax in my timesheet, do I need to mail the original?
Yes, mail the original and keep a copy for your records. You MUST call to confirm receipt of a faxed timesheet.
26) Do I get paid on holidays?
Frazee does not pay for time not worked.
27) What if I need to change my tax withholding information or address/phone number(s)?
We can update your contact information over the phone. W-4 forms can be updated in our office or faxed to 231-7887. |
